Lung & Bronchus

Colon and Rectum

Bladder

Thyroid

Cancer of the thyroid gland, which helps regulate metabolism and hormone balance. It often presents as a painless lump in the neck.

Oral

Cancers of the mouth, tongue, or throat that can impact speech and swallowing. Early signs may include sores that do not heal or persistent pain.

Liver

Cancer that develops in the liver, a vital organ for detoxification and metabolism. Chronic liver disease can increase the risk.

Esophagus

Cancer of the tube connecting the throat to the stomach, affecting swallowing. Persistent heartburn or difficulty swallowing may be early indicators.

Skin

Cancer that forms in skin cells, often related to sun exposure and detectable through screening. Regular skin exams help identify changes early.

The EPISEEK Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test is recommended for the following :

The EPISEEK test is NOT recommended for the following :

• Individuals who are pregnant
• Individuals under the age of 21
• Individuals undergoing active cancer treatment within the last three years or those with an active known malignancy

This test requires a prescription before we ship it to you. To accomplish this, complete the checkout process, and we will email you a voucher code and a link where you can redeem the voucher code to get your lab order prescription. The test collection box will then be shipped to you.

This test requires a blood draw from a phlebotomist. Once you have received your test, Precision Epigenomics Laboratory, the laboratory that runs this test, will reach out to coordinate your blood draw. Once your sample has been collected, you’ll ship the kit back to the lab via FedEx using the enclosed no cost shipping label.

If your test comes back with a cancer methylation signal detected, you can book an optional telehealth visit with a healthcare provider who can review your results with you and help you to create a plan for next steps.

Next steps include meeting with a primary care provider and completing all recommended cancer screenings. Sometimes, further blood testing or imaging studies may also be recommended.

The EPISEEK Multi-Cancer Early Detection Test is designed to find many different types of cancer in your body. The test can identify if there is or is not a cancer methylation signal detected in your blood, though it is possible to have a false negative or a false positive test. EPISEEK has detected 68 different types of cancer—some of them in very early stages. Annual testing is recommended.

If you currently have cancer or if you were diagnosed and treated for cancer (not including basal cell carcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma of the skin) within the last three years, we do not recommend that you take this test.
